A beautiful, balanced coffee with notes of dark chocolate, sugar cane and cedar.
Originating from Huila, Colombia, surrounded by the Andes mountains, this coffee is produced by the Cadefihuila cooperative. It is grown by Amadeo Chala Canacue at his farm, Santa Cielo.
Cadefihuila aims to pay the highest possible price to the coffee growers and support training, funding and ongoing investment in the Huila coffee sector.
