Notes of chocolate truffle and toasted macadamia nut.
Pachamama is a Quechuan and Aymaran word from the indigenous communities in Bolivia that translates to "Earth Mother". We're extremely excited to bring you this flagship blend, a nod to Alpaca Coffee's origin story, and a celebration of the beautiful planet we live on.
A blend comprised of two beans: our Brazilian El Dorado and Peruvian Gonzilla.
Run by the Faleiros family, the natural processed coffees in all 7 farms of the El Dorado group have intensely sweet flavours. Honey process is also used which helps with the intensity of the sweetness and amazing caramel notes.
The Gonzilla Estate in Peru is situated in the Andes mountain range, between 1,100 and 1,800 metres above sea level. The cool climate at this altitude means that the coffee fruit matures much more slowly, allowing the flavours to develop inside the bean.
